Bristile is an Austin-based real estate management firm committed to delivering outstanding property management services to each and every client. Living Proof Creative was tasked with development of a sophisticated website that not only conveys the company’s values through design, but also features integrated tools that showcase their services, their portfolio and their team. The end-product is an elegant and functional website that sets Bristile apart from the competition.
Living Proof Creative launched the project by mapping out Bristile’s requirements, goals, and potential challenges through an in-depth analysis of the company itself, its competitors, and the market. LPC then presented a strategic approach to the project by providing insights, user personas, roadmaps, and storyboards. These were then used to create User Experience Wireframes for the new website.
Brand Identity & Collateral Design
The design of Bristile’s logo and brand identity was in need of an update that reflected the company’s mission and white glove approach to customer service. Everything from the confident, bold color palette to the clear font-driven logo was thoughtfully executed to convey professionalism and commitment to excellence. Upon finalizing the new logo, Living Proof Creative also designed branded stationary and a brand standard to establish consistency across all mediums, channels and marketing materials.

User Experience Design
Living Proof Creative knew that Bristile needed a modern and functional user experience for their new website. Visitors to the site are meant to easily navigate company information through a consistent, utilitarian design. When the end-user browses a seamless, intuitive and updated, website, a trust in the Bristile brand is established.
The website’s navigation is straightforward and allows users to focus on finding their dream property without distractions.

Living Proof Creative integrated Appfolio, a property management software, to Bristile’s website. This API integration allows users to browse available units within a specific property.
Property owners can also manage their properties through their Appfolio account, access property or unit inspection reports, send personalized owner packets containing invoices, statements, and similar documents. Appfolio also enables residents to apply to properties, track payments, pay rent or dues online, view and download their lease agreement, and submit maintenance requests.
Living Proof Creative enriched the website by building an interactive map with all property locations across Texas and Missouri. The map ensures that users can explore available properties and their floor plans, easily get to the page of a property they’re interested in, contact a responsible manager, visit the property website and directly apply for available properties.
Property listings allow the users to search for available properties and apply for the ones they are interested in. The properties can be sorted according to the user’s preferences and feature brief descriptions as well as useful information such as pricing, size, pet policies, address, and availability.
Most users in search of a new home, will be looking while on the go, from their mobile devices. The Bristile website is fully responsive, with an adherence to Google’s Mobile-First Indexing best practices.
