Bristile is an Austin-based real estate management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional property management services. Living Proof Creative’s mission was twofold: create a new brand identity reflective of Bristile’s white-glove service, including a new website that conveys the company’s values through design. As an established real estate management firm in Austin, Bristile required a brand refresh and digital presence that accurately reflected its premium services and expanding portfolio. The team delivered a refined brand identity, including a bold new logo and cohesive brand standards, alongside custom stationery and marketing collateral. The new website provided an intuitive user experience, complemented by a cosmopolitan interface that appealed to both investors and relocating professionals. Key features included Appfolio API integration for seamless property browsing and management, an interactive property map, and dynamic listings with filtering capabilities. The fully responsive design and multisite platform allowed Bristile to easily launch branded websites for each property under its umbrella, equipped with consistent branding, floor plans, and custom functionality.
